RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales and orders are final. We do not provide refunds, or accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order, contact us at info@lovrdesigns.com.au within 1 hour of your purchase time. If your order has already been dispatched and/or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@lovrdesigns.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your name, order number, a description and photos in your email. We take a lot of care when creating our products and inspect every item prior to it leaving our HQ. This ensured that each product is of the best of quality.
