Ensure you are following these instructions at ALL times.
Regularly trim your wick to 5mm before each burn
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Wait 2+ hours for the candle to reset before relighting again.
Follow the 2-foot rule - do not place a burning candle within two feet of clothing, books, curtains, or anything flammable.
Extinguish all candles when you leave a room, or before going to sleep.
Failure to follow instructions could result in fire, hazard or injury.
Do not touch or move a candle while it is burning as the glass gets hot.
In order to maximise scent/fragrance throw, keep doors and windows closed and burn candle for 30 mins. Opening windows and doors will help the scent disburse.
Try to use a candle snuffer to extinguish your candles as this will prevent the wick from moving and wax spilling.
Avoid blowing candle flames out and do not extinguish with water as this can cause the glass jar to break.
Keep candles away from draughts, ceiling fans, or any air currents.
Any form of air current can cause the uneven burning, smoking and diminish the scent throw and even increase the burn time.
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets
Place candle holders on a stable, heat resistant surface that is sturdy.
Always read and follow care directions for use and safety.
Place burning candles at least 10cm apart from one another.
If the candle is burning correctly, it should be constant (not flickering), teardrop shaped and upright.
Extinguish the candle when 10-15mm wax remains at the bottom.
Extinguish the candle if the flame gets too close to the candle holder
A burning candle should not be used as a nightlight
Do not burn the candle if the container is cracked, chipped, scratched or damaged in any way.
Burn times can vary depending on the environmental conditions
